The Duffer Brothers reveal that Stranger Things Season 5 is the definitive end for the live-action series, with no plans for future appearances.
Stranger Things creators Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer revealed that they are working on a spin-off that will address some plot points left unanswered after the OG series' Dec. 31 finale.
Gaten Matarazzo, who plays fan-favorite Dustin Henderson, said he was "taken aback" by how much he realized the "Stranger Things" finale made sense.

Theories about the Stranger Things grand finale keep on coming up. Even after the series finale of "Stranger Things" this week, the Netflix show's world will expand with at least two upcoming spinoffs.
Stranger Things fans are flocking to a new petition demanding Netflix release the cut footage from Season 5 and fix the final episodes.
"It's scary. There's so many good details from the set that they put in here," Cara Buono, who plays Karen Wheeler in Stranger Things, said on the red carpet. "They've done a really good job of recreating the sets here."
